Join us for this special time of prayer as we
observe a novena in anticipation of the
Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The format of the prayer service, which lasts about twenty minutes, is from the Liturgy of the Hours. Night Prayer is the final “hour” of the day, and includes the appropriate psalm for that day, the Canticle of Simeon who greeted Mary, Joseph, and the child Jesus in the Temple at the time of his ritual circumcision, and an antiphon of the Blessed Virgin.

All are welcome (and encouraged) to take part in this special prayer time. The final evening will include an ice cream social hosted by the parish! Hope to see you there!
